Services Provided

1.         Zigz Plumbing & Civil Pipelines offers plumbing services, including but not limited to commercial, civil,defence, industrial and residential plumbing.

2.         All services will be carried out to the highest professional standards, in compliance with industry regulations and safety requirements.

Quotations and Payments

1.         Any quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

2.         Payment terms will be outlined in your agreement or invoice and must be adhered to unless prior arrangements have been made.

3.         Late payments may incur additional charges or interest, as permitted by law.

Client Obligations

1.         The client must provide accurate and necessary information regarding the project to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

2.         Access to the worksite must be granted at agreed times to allow the project to proceed without delay.

Warranties and Liability

1.         Zigz Plumbing & Civil Pipelines guarantees the quality of work provided, including compliance with relevant plumbing codes and standards.

2.         Any defects in workmanship must be reported within 14 days of completion to be eligible for rectification.

3.         Zigz Plumbing & Civil Pipelines is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

Cancellations and Changes

1.         Any cancellations or changes to the project must be communicated in writing as soon as possible.

2.         Cancellation fees may apply for significant changes or cancellations made after work has commenced.

Intellectual Property

Any designs, plans, or documents provided by Zigz Plumbing & Civil Pipelines remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and New South Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
